The Road So Far

Originally from İzmir, on Turkey's Aegean coast, I studied architecture in Vienna before curiosity pulled me further north, first to Hamburg, then to Berlin, where I've been based since.

Experience

My career has one throughline: taking full ownership of complex, cross-functional delivery, first in architecture, then digital product design, and now programme and delivery management. Each stage built directly on the last.

Architectural Foundations

I started as an architect and BIM coordinator, managing large-scale projects end-to-end from concept through implementation. I coordinated structural, electrical, and landscape consultants, reviewed their work against the architectural plans, and resolved clashes before they became costly. This is where I learned to think several steps ahead and treat clear communication as a deliverable, not an afterthought.

Extending Into Digital Product Design

I carried that systems thinking into UX/UI design, working mainly on B2B/SaaS products: simplifying complex workflows, designing intuitive interfaces, and building design systems that kept experiences consistent across platforms.

Delivery & Programme Leadership, Today

As a Project Manager in Berlin, I now run programme-scale delivery work: managing a portfolio of 13+ concurrent client engagements, leading cross-functional teams of up to 25 people, and coordinating with 30+ stakeholders. My architecture and UX background shows up directly in how I work: structural rigor in how I scope and sequence delivery, user empathy in how I read stakeholder needs. Running workshops, aligning stakeholders, and turning ambiguous requirements into shipped outcomes isn't a side skill for me; it's the core of the job.

I'm now looking to take that experience into larger-scale programme and delivery leadership roles: ones where complex, cross-functional delivery needs someone who can hold the structure, the people, and the outcome together.
